Refund and return policy
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you have to modify or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it cannot be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or a reshipment for the products ordered if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed period (60 days without counting 2 to 5 days of processing).
- you receive the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive at destination for reasons beyond your control (for example, wrong delivery address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (for example, customs clearance, delayed by a natural disaster).
